was born in Tbilisi, in 1973. He graduated from the Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, faculty of law.
He worked at the Tbilisi City Council. Since 1995, he has been a practicing lawyer specializing in civil law. During his career, he handled legal affairs (acted on behalf) of the largest business companies.
He is a member of the Georgian Bar Association. He took part in the elaboration of the Code of Professional Ethics for Georgian Lawyers and enjoys high business reputation among his colleagues.
In 2005 Mamuka Kavlashvili, along with other qualified lawyers, set up a law firm “Qavlashvili and Tvalchrelidze”.

Zurab Tvalchrelidze
was born in Tbilisi, in 1973.
He graduated from the Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, faculty of law and faculty of economics.
He worked at the Parliament of Georgia, where he actively participated in legislative activity and authored a number of bills.
He held highly responsible positions at the executive branch of government. He is one of the founders of the supervising body of Georgia’s insurance industry.
Zurab Tvalchrelidze has a considerable experience of working in insurance business. For years he successfully led a solid insurance company.
In 2005, he founded, in collaboration with other experienced lawyers, a law firm “Qavlashvili and Tvalchrelidze”.

Giorgi Turazashvili
was born in Tbilisi, in 1972. After graduation from the Ivane Javakhishvili State University, faculty of law, he worked at the investigative bodies for years.
His work record includes employment at the administration of the Parliament of Georgia.
Since 2000 Giorgi Turazashvili has been a practicing lawyer specializing in criminal law.
Giorgi Turazashvili is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and one of the authors of the Code of Professional Ethics for Georgian Lawyers. He cooperates with the of American Bar Association and has done several training courses to master advocating skills and the technique of pleading before a court.
Giorgi Turazashvili was a managing partner of the criminal law firm “Turazashvili and Partners”.
Since 2005, he has been a partner of the law firm “Qavlashvili and Tvalchrelidze”.
